Welcome everyone to today’s AMA, focusing on the launch of Bondly’s new Native Staking platform on staking.bondly.finance. We’re joined today by our CEO Harry Liu, and our Chief Product Designer Marco Tonetti.
Let’s kick off with some questions from the community!

What happened with the APR bug on launch?
Harry Liu
There was a front-end error upon launch of the native staking application that led to the site displaying an incorrect APR%. We appreciate this will have led to some being unsure of how much APR they are entitled to, however please rest assured the issue was fixed within hours and your staked amount, and current rewards, are correct.

Why was the ETH network chosen for staking, considering high gas costs?
Harry Liu
Because the majority of the launchpad sales happen on Ethereum, Ethereum is the default choice to launch.
We also have exciting plans for partner staking and the majority of our partners are on Ethereum, meaning again it was Ethereum that was the priority.

When will there be staking on BSC?
Marco Tonetti
As mentioned before, the priority was for the launch of Eth as we have partner staking coming next. There are plans to launch staking on BSC and we will announce this at a later date.

Why is this complex system chosen over classical staking?
Harry Liu
There are many advantages to this system, primarily the ability to offer those who stake with us multiple utilities despite having locked their tokens. Our upcoming Launchpad platform will be the best example, but xBondly holders could also utilise the token in other ways in future.
^^ Current APR is at 33.95%
Additionally, xBondly allows us to track users who are interested in participating in the upcoming launchpad. Standard staking only shows people who are interested to stake with us.

Can you stake using Trustwallet / other wallets then MetaMask?
Marco Tonetti
Currently we support Metamask as our primary wallet, we will consider adding further wallet options in future.

Can we have launchpads on other chains, with our xBONDLY on ETH? (So buy a BSC NFT)
Marco Tonetti
Yes, you will qualify for the tiers based on xBondly, but the launchpad can happen on a different chain.

Is there a rough indication on how quickly the ratio of xBondly to Bondly will increase? And what determines this?
Harry Liu
It is a factor of how much total Bondly is staked, and the amount of rewards being paid out to the pool. Because of this, there isn’t any way to predict this accurately.

I have been following this project and your company for a while. I’m happy to see the slow but steady progress following the unfortunate summer attack. I know that you guys get alot of questions and unnecessary comments, but I would just like to ask when we could possibly expect a new bondpaper etc?
Harry Liu
We have made updates on the roadmap, Cardano partnerships, PolkaPets token sales, native staking, partner staking are in place. We also have NFT subscription that is coming up 🚀 This means staking $Bondly gets NFT rewards from different projects we collaborate with.

1 . Why is the Bondly project’s social media marketing so bad? What else are you working on about the project?
2. Why did the Roadmap update take so long?
Harry Liu
Social media has improved for Bondly recently, we are more active and got improved in engagement.
Re: roadmap, as mentioned above, our next goal is to push LP staking and NFT subscription. We are working with a few Metaverse projects within the Animoca ecosystem, from providing strategy to NFT sales planning.

Hi Harry WELCOME First question: Will there be Bondly in the metaverse sector? Second question: As the Bondly team, do you plan to enter the US market, like Coinbase? Third question: What do you intend to do in the field of nft with famous artists and companies in advertising and marketing, especially in the USA?

Our team is working with a few metaverse projects. Gamee, Sandbox, Revv, Blowfish studio, Quidd, nWay are within our Animoca family.
Through NFT subscription, there will be NFT rewards in Gamefi/metaverse field.

Could you give us some updates about the cooperation with Animoca brands?
Harry Liu
Animoca Brands has been referring to a good volume of partners they have invested in music, gamefi, metaverse, protocol field. We are providing advisory, launchpad assistance, and we are introducing NFT subscription to many of them.

How and where do we claim the 5% bonus for holding onto our BONDLY tokens ?
Harry Liu
We plan to distribute the rewards after the native staking is up. Diamond hand rewards would be announced soon 💎

Staking gives us access to launchpads. How many launchpad IDOs do you expect to have per month? Will they be announced ahead of time?
Harry Liu
We have one planned in the middle of November already. We focus on quality, rather than quantity. Netvrk is a great example, not only we did NFT launchpad in May, we also did land sales in September. Our launchpad is not just about exclusive to IDO, we will be doing many NFT sales too!
At the moment, we are working closely with Animoca Brands and family projects mentioned above to provide more dealflow for our launchpad.
