After surveying our community, we recognized that people want to trade their NFTs and no platform currently allows you to do this. This is a huge gap in the NFT space.

As a result of this need, Bondly has created a platform for NFT holders to trade their NFTs in a trustless, seamless way. Let’s take a look.

What is Bondly’s NFTSwap?

‘NFT Swap’ is a trustless OTC trade (Over The Counter) process, featured on one of our core products, BondSwap. This will allow users to send and receive NFTs using Bondly’s core product, BondSwap.

Users will be able to plug in their NFTs via our growing selection of accepted wallets:

  • Metamask
  • WalletConnect
  • [Newly added!] Arkane Wallet — Login via Gmail, Facebook, and Twitter

How Does NFTSwap Work?

With NFTSwap, users will be able to list their NFTs for sale or trade, directly to another user.

NFT Swap allows you to trade:

  • NFT(s) for NFT(s)
  • NFT(s) for Crypto
  • And even NFT(s) for ‘NFT(s) + Crypto’ !

Users will be able to browse a library of listed NFT assets that are up for sale, trade, etc. Buyers will be able to engage in trades that have been predetermined by those selling their NFT assets.

Step 1: Choose Whether You Want to Swap an NFT or Token

To begin an NFTSwap, start by going to https://bswap.app/

On the left, click “Swap” and choose “NFT” from the dropdown menu.

Once you click through to the NFT option, the following page will appear:

Step 2: Choose Your NFT

To start the Swap, select the NFT you would like to trade/sell. In this example, we selected the BCCG villain, Bianca.

Step 3: Select NFT or Token You Want in Exchange:

Step 4: Once You Click NFT, Our Library of Available NFTs for Swapping Will Appear:

This is where you will choose the NFT you wish to exchange.

Step 5: ‘Token’ Exchange Option:

If you want to exchange your NFT for tokens, you will have the option to choose what tokens you want in exchange for your NFT. We currently support WETH and BONDLY.

If you want to add more value to your exchange, you also have the option to add another NFT or token to your listing.

Step 6: Once Your Listing is Ready

Once you click “Initiate” and “Share Swap” — the listing will go live! It will be entered into our ‘Pool’ and users will be able to exchange publicly there.

Step 7: Completing Your NFT Swap

Click “Pool” and “Token” to see current NFTSwap listings. The page will look something like this:

On this page you will be able to see available trades, accept swaps, and complete transactions.

As our listings and asset library expands, this public swap pool will become a thriving ecosystem of its own for all Bondly community members!

Important Notes

  1. NFTSwap is currently available on 2 Networks: Ethereum and BSC, and will be coming to Matic soon. We will look to explore new networks as time progresses.
  2. Right now, we are only accepting BCCG assets. In 48 hours, the top 20 assets on Opensea will also be added. If community members have any specific assets they want on NFTSwap, please make your request here: https://forms.gle/EiEDDPBBtAAbsqNQ7

In Conclusion

With the launch of our new NFT Swap protocol, we believe this new initiative will further open up the power of the NFT space. With new gateways for people to trade, sell, and seek value in their NFT assets, the NFTSwap ecosystem will grow and thrive.
